Yellow Jacket staff artist Kyle Kazukynas created this piece, which he calls ‘Right of Mind.’

His description of how it came about:

“The right side of the brain processes overall creative thought. I believe this is blocked in the education system as students aren’t able to express themselves as they should.  Schooling consists of strictly learning from the book with an abundance of exams. Along with countless information that is soon forgotten as it was never used. In turn, creative thought progressively becomes stunted. This image portrays my belief that creative thinking is just as important as critical thinking in the education system.”
